Kempsey family

History Group

The Kempsey Family History Group started in 2010 following a meeting organised by the staff of the Kempsey Shire Library.

It began as an informal gathering of family historians, the Group became formalised in July 2012 when we became incorporated.

Our home, the Kempsey Family History Centre, is in the Old Railway Refreshments Room at the northern end of the Platform at Kempsey Railway Station. We are open Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday from 10am - 2pm.

Our Calendar displays our meetings, Coffee & Chat sessions and other events.

The Railway Station is situated in Kemp Street, West

Kempsey, opposite the Anglican Church.
